Our family settled in the Jemez Mountains over 100 years ago before New Mexico was even a state. We raise our cattle just like great-grandad did. Lush grasses in the summers, quality grass hay in the winters, and fresh spring and well water year-round.
Our cattle are part of our family. We have a small herd and know each one by name. They were all born and raised right here on our ranch. They live stress-free lives roaming our 500 acres of mountain valleys and forest.
Healthy, stress-free cows produce high-quality beef. We never give our cows hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Compared with feedlot meat, grass-fed beef has more vitamins and less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories.

Since grass fed beef is extremely low in fat, you'll want to cook it low and slow. You may coat it in olive oil or your favorite light oil for easy browning and extra flavor.
