Family-Owned

Our family settled in the Jemez Mountains before New Mexico was even a state.

Sustainable Methods

We raise our cattle just like our great-grandparents did to produce safe and wholesome beef.

Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished

Our cows eat lush mountain grasses in the summers and quality grass hay in the winters, and drink plenty of fresh spring and well water year-round.

Happy, Healthy Cows Produce the Best Beef

The way we treat our cattle from birth to harvest affects the quality of beef.

We use low-stress techniques when handling our cows. We are nearby for every birth, know each cow by name, and interact with them daily to monitor their health and happiness.
