How to Buy
- We raise a healthy calf that will produce tender, wholesome beef.
- You purchase the animal from us.
- Calves are born in the spring and ready for harvest in the fall. When the animal is six to eight months old, we deliver it to a processing plant.
- You communicate with the processing plant to let them know how you would like your beef cut.
- You pay the processing plant and pick up your beef directly from the plant.
